How does the 30 day free trial actually work?

We install your chosen unit at your Adelaide workplace, free of charge, and you use it for 30 days. If you love it, your rental starts. If you don't, we collect it and you pay nothing. No obligation, no awkward conversation.

Is $12 a week really all I pay?

Yes. Your fixed weekly rental covers the machine, scheduled servicing, filter changes, sanitisation, parts, labour and replacement if ever needed. The only variable is your normal mains water usage, which costs a fraction of a cent per litre.

What does the filtration actually remove?

Our carbon block filters, made from coconut shell carbon and coal, reduce chlorine (around 90%), sediment, rust, heavy metals, chemicals, odours and organic impurities. The result is cleaner, better-tasting water. Fluoride remains for dental health.

What if something breaks?

We fix it, free. All maintenance, parts and labour are included in your rental. If a unit can't be fixed, we replace it at no cost to you.

Do you service my area?

We service Adelaide and surrounding areas. If you're anywhere in metro Adelaide, you're covered. Outside the metro area? Call us on (08) 8311 3717 and we'll confirm.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Rentals run on a 12 month minimum term after your free trial. But you only start that term once you've had a full month to make sure it's right for your workplace.
